Cette semaine, le TAST de Sharon m'a permis de découvrir le point de chaînette câblé. Ça a un petit coté magique: on commence comme un noeud avec un point de chaînette derrière, et une fois serré, pfiout, plus de noeud.
This week the TAST Sharon helped me to discover the cable chain stitch. It has a like a magic side : it begins like a knot with a chain stitch behind, and once tightened, pfiout, no more knot.
Je m'en suis servi pour compléter mon motif cachemire. Mais j'ai laissé trop d'espace entre ce rang et le précédent. Ça fait un peu vide entre les deux. Il faudra que je trouve un autre point, pas trop large de préférence, pour remplir l'intervalle.
I have used it to complete my paisley. But I left too much space between this row and the previous one. I'll have to find another stitch, preferably not too wide, to fill the gap.

Your paisley has grown beautifully. The Cable Chain is a good linear stitch.

RépondreSupprimerTon motif cachemire continue bien joliment. Un des prochains TAST devrait faire l'affaire pour ton entre-deux (point de palestrina ou de corail sont étroits et décoratifs). Bravo à Pauline, c'est parfait et pourtant ce n'est pas si simple avec le noeud entre les chaînons.
